In the movie Perfect Storm, Bob Brown owned the fishing vessels Hanna Bodden and Andrea Gail. Mike Ginily married Hanna Boden the woman for whom the boat was names. They named their son, Kyle Ginnly, after me. Bob Brown’s first boat was Sea Fever. The second boat was Sea Star nicknamed Sea Slave. The year was 1986. Not many men made it – they just could not hack it. My favorite story is when I was working on Sea Star. We had a new guy on board. As soon as we tied up, he jumped onto the dock and ran away!
